If you take prescription medication, bring an ample supply and consider having your doctor call the prescription in to a local pharmacy. If your doctor wants the Decker Student Health Services Center to write prescriptions, please ask him/her to send records to us. You will need to schedule an appointment with one of our providers using the Patient Portal.
