- Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing

- HIV testing
The Decker Student Health Services Center (DSHSC) offers several options for HIV care.

- Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)
Each of the medical providers at the DSHSC are able to prescribe PrEP. It is medicine that reduces your chances of getting HIV from sex or injection drug use when you have a continuing risk of exposure to HIV.

- Post-exposure Prophylaxis (PEP)
Each of the medical providers at the DSHSC are able to prescribe PEP. PEP means taking medicine to prevent HIV after a possible exposure, and differs from PrEP in that it is not intended for an individual who has ongoing potential exposures to HIV.
