Office of the CIO

Managing Project Management and Cyberinfrastructure Planning, aligning initiatives with the institution's technological vision.

Technology Support Services

Providing IT support for students, faculty, and staff, including Help Desk Technical Support, the ResCon Program, and Public Computing Labs.

Innovation and Research Computing Support

Offering Custom Software Development, Research Support, and Research Computing & Storage solutions.

Enterprise Systems and Applications

Focusing on Database Management, Virtual Computing, Enterprise Backup, Operating Platforms, and Google Apps integration.

Information Security

Handling reporting of suspicious emails, managing firewall and antivirus, combating malware, ransomware, phishing attacks, and providing Security Information Support.

Operations and Infrastructure:

Responsible for managing all aspects of the University network, telecommunications systems, and security infrastructure such as CCTV cameras, and card access.
