Direct Travel manages our airfare and Amtrak travel needs. Travel advisors will be available from Direct Travel to book and manage your travel reservations.
- The DT after-hours team will manage emergency after hours support from 5:30pm to 9:00am.
- Air travel may be booked via a counselor, email, or through Concur - our new Online Booking Tool.
- Travelers will have the opportunity to download the DT Mobile App; equipped with Sherpa Technology to help you manage your travel with updated COVID information.
- If you have an NYS Travel Card, you can also book your hotel lodging with Direct Travel.
