The following in-state tuition eligibility chart applies to non-resident military and military-connected students attending SUNY institutions.

1 - Individuals not eligible for in-state tuition based on not meeting the eligibility requirements of the state education laws above will be charged out-of-state tuition under 8 NYCRR §302
2 - Must have attended the approved NY high school for a minimum of 2 years
3 - Federal law requires in-state rate in these circumstances (38 USC Sec. 3679)
