The easyXAFS easyXES150 spectrometer provides research-quality, hard X-ray Emission Spectroscopy (XES) using
a 100 Watt, air-cooled, conventional X-ray tube source. The system is easily reconfigured
for complementary transmission-mode X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy (XAS). The optics
system is modular with full pre-alignment, meaning it only takes a few minutes to
change energy ranges (4.5 - 12 keV recommended or up to 18 keV with reduced throughput).
This system is suitable for general material characterization, materials research and development, and even operando product testing.
