The Keyence VK-X1050 Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope is a pinhole confocal optical system with focus variation and image stitching to rapidly generate large area 3D imaging and measurements. The system consists of a 610 nm laser, 16-bit photomultiplier with high definition color CMOS, and a 100x100 mm scan area while providing 5 nm z- resolution and a 10 nm x,y- resolution.
