SemiProbe PS4L
The SemiProbe PS4L is a 300 mm manual semiconductor probing station equipped with
a source meter and 4 micro manipulators to perform various DC testing of semiconductor,
microelectronics, and flexible electronic devices. The system has been modified to
incorporate a ZNB 40 vector network analyzer from Rohde & Schwarz which operates from
100 kHz to 40 GHz. Two micromanipulators with various sizes of probes (pitch) and
high temperature flexible cables provide a wide range of radio frequency characterization
capability at room temperature and at elevated temperatures.
