MANDATORY 10-Digit Dialing Is Here!
Starting October 24, 2021, dialing 8 + 10 digits (area code + telephone number) is
required for all local calls. On-campus station-to-station calls will remain 5 digits.
New Three-Digit Number for Mental Health Crisis Lifeline
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) introduces 988 as the nationwide three-digit
number for the National Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Crisis Lifeline, effective
from July 16, 2022. Continue to dial 1-800-273-TALK to reach the Lifeline until July

PINNACLE TELECOMMUNICATIONS BILLING SYSTEM UPGRADE
Our Pinnacle Telecommunications billing system upgrade is finished. You can now log
in to view and pay your bills with the new user web interface.
While the appearance may be different, the functionality remains unchanged. Instructions on using the new web interface are available below.
