Whether you're a student, faculty member, or staff, we're here to provide direct assistance and facilitate resolutions with second-level support when needed. ResCon Program
The ResCon Program is designed to provide specialized technical support to students residing on campus. Our team of dedicated ResCons, who are fellow students themselves, are available to assist you with a wide range of technology-related issues, including device connectivity, software problems, and other IT challenges. We understand the importance of timely support, and our ResCons aim to respond to student inquiries within a 24-48 hour period. If you're interested in becoming a ResCon, we invite you to attend the information session held annually in the spring. This opportunity is open to all undergraduate students living on campus, except for Resident Assistants. You can easily contact your assigned ResCon through various channels, such as obtaining their contact information from your Resident Assistant, reaching out to the ITS Help Desk, sending them an email to schedule an appointment, or finding them in person and requesting a meeting.

Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration - Brightspace by D2L , is a comprehensive platform that facilitates effective teaching and learning. Brightspace offers an intuitive interface, mobile-friendly design, and tools to create engaging courses. It is integrated with other campus licensed tools like Google, Zoom, Gradescope Panopto, Turnitin and ExamSoft to enhance the learning experience.
