Linux lab is now PCs (LNG 103)
The Linux Lab is located in Library North Ground room 103 (LNG 103). HOWEVER, this
lab in LNG 103 has experienced a transformation. It is now only PC. Once the machines
in this room hosted desktops with Ubuntu so when connected you had a Linux OS with
your personal H-Drive. Now the machines in that room use VDI to connect to a Linux
image and connects you to your U-Drive. Visit the VMware site for proper instructions that will help you with using VMware in LNG-103. Access
is limited to those registered in CS classes that use this space for lab sessions
and work.
Note: If you are liking and would like to continue using Linux, you can request a U-Drive and ssh to harveyv.
