Cloud Storage (Google Drive, OneDrive)
Faculty, staff, and students have access to cloud storage through both their Google
Drive and OneDrive. Users can access Google Drive using their Bmail username and password.
Files and folders in Google Drive can be shared with other users inside and outside
of the University to enhance collaboration. Users can access One Drive by logging
into office.com with their Binghamton University email account and password.
Network Storage for Classes
UShares are created for all registered students, and each receive 5GM of network storage.
For graduating students there is a grace period of 6 months before their access is
removed and the share is deleted.
